Security Engineer - Level 2

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in: Checkpoint Security foundations (CCSA & CCSE) or ISS Proventia IDS
- Logical approach to problem-solving with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- In-depth knowledge and practical application of General principles and practice of
Information Security; IP networks and technologies; Windows and/or UNIX server
operating systems
- Strong telephone communication skills, with experience in a customer service
environment
- Able to form good relationships with customers and colleagues, excellent customer handling skills
- Strong spoken and written English language skills (German, French, Arabic and Asian languages are a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming support calls via phone or email, performing initial actions as required
- Meet response and support standards as established by service level agreements
(SLAs) to ensure terms of contract and service are followed; design and implement
change requests in alignment with SLA
- Review and resolve trouble tickets and close fixed tickets and completed change
requests; administer customer records in SOC ticketing system
- Conduct MSaaS (Managed Security as a Service) enrollments, following documented
standards and checklists
- Other relevant duties as assigned
